Dylan Bramhall
Group Chief Financial Officer - Energy Transfer LP

Mr. Bramhall has served as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer of the general partner of Energy Transfer LP (“Energy Transfer”) since November 2022 and currently is also Chief Financial Officer of Sunoco LP’s general partner.

Bramhall joined Energy Transfer in 2015 as a result of its merger with Regency Energy Partners and is responsible for oversight of the Energy Transfer’s Financial Planning and Analysis, Credit and Commodity Risk Management, Insurance, Cash Management, Capital Markets, Accounting, Financial Reporting and Investor Relations groups. He also serves as a member of Energy Transfer’s Risk Oversight Committee. While at Regency, Bramhall held management positions in the finance, risk, commercial and operations groups.

Bramhall holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and Master of Business Administration in finance and operations management, both from the University of Iowa.


Gus Faucher
Senior Vice President & Chief Economist – PNC Bank

Augustine (Gus) Faucher is senior vice president and chief economist of The PNC Financial Services Group, serving as the principal spokesperson on all economic issues for PNC.

Prior to joining PNC as senior macroeconomist in December 2011, Faucher worked for 10 years at Moody’s Analytics (formerly Economy.com), where he was a director and senior economist. He was responsible for running the firm’s computer model of the U.S. economy, edited a monthly publication on the U.S. economic outlook, covered fiscal and monetary policy, and analyzed various regional economies. Previously, he worked for six years at the U.S. Treasury Department and taught at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He was named senior vice president in March 2015, deputy chief economist in February 2016, and to his current role in April 2017.

Faucher is frequently cited in international, national, and regional media outlets including The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. He has appeared on ABC World News, CBS Evening News, NBC Nightly News and Nightly Business Report, and is regularly featured on CNBC and CNN. In addition, he appears regularly on CBS Radio, NPR and Marketplace.

He serves on the board of directors of The Economic Club of Pittsburgh - the local chapter of National Association of Business Economics (NABE), the of Veterans Place of Washington Boulevard and is on the Tocqueville Committee of the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Faucher earned a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in labor economics and public economics. He also has a B. A. in economics from Cornell University.


Michael Llanos
Director, Midstream & Refining - S&P Global Ratings

Michael Llanos is a Director in the North American Energy Infrastructure ratings group at S&P Global Ratings. Michael joined the team in January of 2010 and is responsible for analyzing credit risk for midstream energy companies and refiners. Michael is also responsible for chairing credit committees.

Michael joined S&P Global in 2006 where he was responsible for assessing the credit risk of portfolios for over 30 collateral managers.

Before joining S&P Global, Michael worked as an analyst at Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation where he provided third party pricing for loans in the syndicated loan market.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Investments from Baruch College.

M. Colin Warman is a founding member of PNC Bank’s Energy Group. For 15 years, he has developed and maintained PNC’s industry-leading lending and capital markets practice with midstream, refining and marketing firms throughout the US and Canada. In addition, Colin previously worked for Wells Fargo and HSBC, and he earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.


Steven Lowenthal
Co- Chief Executive Officer - Frontier Carbon Solutions, LLC

An experienced energy investment professional, Steven leads the business development efforts of Frontier Carbons Solutions. Steven has spent more than 13 years focused on public and private investment strategies.

Prior to co-founding Frontier, Steven most recently served as a VP at Riverstone Credit Partners (RCP), a $2B AUM diversified energy credit strategy, and the credit and capital markets affiliate of Riverstone Holdings, a $39B energy-focused alternative asset manager. He was the fifth employee at RCP where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and executing direct credit and equity investments in energy and power companies. He led the liquid secondary trading strategy for RCP where he helped identify, structure, and execute trades across term debt, bonds, equity, and revolvers.

Prior to RCP, he focused on direct lending in the energy and infrastructure space via secured and mezzanine loans at PennantPark Investment Advisors, a $2B asset manager.

Steven began his career as an investment banking analyst at Nomura Securities, specializing in natural resources leveraged finance. He holds a B.A. from Columbia University.


Robby Rockey

President and Co-Chief Executive Officer - Frontier Carbon Solutions, LLC

With more than 18 years of sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities, Robby puts his experience to work as President and COO of Frontier Carbon Solutions. He has evaluated, marketed and unsolicited transactions ranging from $500K-$1B in every major oil and gas basin in North America.

Most recently, he served as EVP of corporate development, co-head of M&A and a member of the valuation and investment committees at Fleur de Lis Energy. Robby led the underwriting, acquisition, and integration of the firm’s largest transaction, a $703MM package of CO2 EOR assets in the Rockies which included upstream, midstream, and power components. Additionally, he was responsible for strategic direction of the firm’s A&D and oversight of the firm’s operations, corporate exploitation, and investor relations teams.

Prior to Fleur de Lis, Robby served in operations and business development roles with UOGG, LLC and Merit Energy Company.

He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Oklahoma, a M.S. in finance from The University of Texas at Dallas and is a member of the University of Wyoming’s EORI Technical Advisory Board.


Moderator: Scott Peters, Managing Director - Tailwater Capital LLC

Mr. Peters joined Tailwater Capital in September 2013 and is responsible for deal sourcing, transaction execution and portfolio oversight. He currently serves as a Director of Frontier Carbon Solutions, Pivotal Petroleum Partners, and Pivotal Royalties Partners.

Mr. Peters has over 14 years of experience in energy private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Tailwater, Mr. Peters was an Analyst at Raymond James & Associates where he focused on public capital raises and M&A advisory work within the energy industry. Mr. Peters graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Alabama with a BBA in Finance and Accounting.


Alan Armstrong
President & Chief Executive Officer – Williams

Alan Armstrong became President and Chief Executive Officer of Williams in January 2011. During his tenure, Williams has expanded its reach, currently handling one third of all U.S. natural gas volumes, through gathering, processing, transportation and storage services.

Prior to being named CEO, Armstrong led the company’s North American midstream and olefins businesses through a period of growth and expansion as Senior Vice President – Midstream. Previously, Mr. Armstrong served as Vice President of Gathering and Processing from 1999 to 2002; Vice President of Commercial Development from 1998 to 1999; Vice President of Retail Energy Services from 1997 to 1998 and Director of Commercial Operations for the company’s midstream business in the Gulf Coast region from 1995 to 1997. He joined Williams in 1986 as an engineer.

Armstrong serves on the board of the American Petroleum Institute and is a member of the President’s National Infrastructure Advisory Council. He serves as Chair of the National Petroleum Council and in 2019 chaired the Council’s Energy Infrastructure Study on Changing Dynamics of Oil & Gas Infrastructure. Armstrong is a member of the Business Roundtable, The Business Council and serves on the Board of Directors of BOK Financial Corporation.

Additionally, Armstrong serves on the boards of several education-focused organizations including Chair of the Board for Junior Achievement, USA, 3DE and the Board of Trustees for The University of Oklahoma Foundation. Armstrong is also a member of the boards of The Williams Foundation and Gilcrease Museum. He is a member of the Distinguished Graduates Society of the Gallogly College of Engineering, University of Oklahoma.

Armstrong graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Gabe Moreen joined Mizuho in August 2018 as a senior analyst based in New York, covering the MLP, Midstream Energy & Gas Utility sector.

Prior to Mizuho, Gabe worked at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) and JP Morgan Securities. At BAML, Gabe was responsible for covering over ninety midstream energy and utility securities and published the widely-followed weekly MLP Maven, a report on trends in the energy MLP sector. Gabe has been named to the Institutional Investor’s All-America Research Team nine times.

He is a graduate of Princeton University with an A.B. in Politics.


John Zoeller
Vice President & Treasurer - Westlake Corporation

John Zoeller is Vice President and Treasurer at Westlake, where he is responsible for overseeing treasury operations, corporate finance, and cash management. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as Chief Accounting Officer at Westlake, leading the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions.

Before joining Westlake, Mr. Zoeller spent over 16 years at KPMG, where he was a Partner focused on audit and advisory services for energy and industrial clients. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Mr. Zoeller received a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.


Moderator: Spiro Dounis, Director, Midstream Analyst – Citi

Spiro Dounis is a Director at Citi, covering the Midstream energy sector. He joined Citi in September 2022 after leading Midstream coverage at Credit Suisse. Mr. Dounis has over a decade of experience covering the energy sector in various capacities and has been ranked by Institutional Investor for his research.

Prior to his time at Credit Suisse, Mr. Dounis led coverage of the Refining and Shipping sectors at UBS and served as a member of the MLP team at J.P. Morgan, where he led upstream MLP coverage. Earlier in his career, he covered the U.S. Metals & Mining sector at UBS Investment Bank.

Mr. Dounis earned his B.S. magna cum laude in Accounting from Fairfield University, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charterholder. He resides in Garden City with his wife Michelle and two children.



Jamie Welch
Chief Executive Officer – Kinetik Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Welch has served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and as a member of the Board of Directors since February 2022.

Prior to February 2022, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of BCP Raptor Holdco GP, LLC, the general partner of BCP, a position he held since May 2021. From April 2019, he was President and CEO and before then was President and CFO. Prior to February 2022, he served as director of BCP Raptor Holdco GP, LLC since June 2017. Mr. Welch has served as a Senior Advisor to Blackstone Energy Partners since July 2016. Prior to joining Blackstone and BCP Raptor Holdco GP, LLC, he was the Group Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development for the Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. family from June 2013 to February 2016. Mr. Welch also served on the Board of Directors of Energy Transfer Equity, L.P., Energy Transfer Partners and Sunoco Logistics. Before joining Energy Transfer Equity, L.P., Mr. Welch was Head of the EMEA Investment Banking Department and Head of the Global Energy Group at Credit Suisse. He was also a member of the Investment Banking Division Global Management Committee and the EMEA Operating Committee. Mr. Welch joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1997 from Lehman Brothers Inc. in New York, where he was a Senior Vice President in the global utilities and project finance group. Prior to that he was an attorney in New York with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a barrister and solicitor with Minter Ellison in Melbourne, Australia.

Mr. Welch received a Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma of Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology.

Boran Buturovic
Director, Portfolio Manager, Energy Infrastructure Equities – Brookfield Asset Management

Boran Buturovic is a Portfolio Manager on the Public Securities Group’s Energy Infrastructure Equities team. In this role, he oversees and contributes to the portfolio construction process, including execution of buy/sell decisions.

Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he was an Associate with UBS Investment Bank, focusing on midstream and MLPs. Boran holds a CPA license in the state of Texas and he earned Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Professional Accounting degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.


Erikhans Kok
Senior Partner, Houston - McKinsey & Company

Erikhans Kok is a senior partner in McKinsey & Company’s Houston office and serves as the global co-leader of the firm’s Capital Excellence practice. With over 20 years of experience across the energy and materials sectors, Erikhans specializes in managing and optimizing large-scale capital projects. His expertise includes business case validation, cost and schedule optimization, contracting strategies, and project execution.

Erikhans holds an MBA in Finance and Organization from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as master’s degrees in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. With a focus on practical solutions and long-term impact, Erikhans brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to navigating the challenges of capital-intensive industries.


Harrison Little
Partner, Deputy Co-Head and Director of Research - Kayne Anderson

Harrison Little is a partner, deputy co-head and director of research of Kayne Anderson’s energy infrastructure strategies, where he will lead the group’s public company research efforts in addition to assuming broad portfolio management responsibilities.

Prior to rejoining Kayne Anderson in 2023, Little was a partner and director of research for Decade Renewable Partners, an energy-specific hedge fund co-founded by Little in 2021. Prior to co-founding Decade, Little spent four years at Citadel, investing across the energy value chain, including renewables, infrastructure, upstream and integrated energy companies.

Little was a member of Kayne Anderson’s energy infrastructure group from 2012 – 2015. Little began his career in investment banking as an analyst at Jefferies.

Little earned his bachelor’s degrees in Business Honors and Plan II at the University of Texas at Austin as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago.


Oscar Brown
Director, President & Chief Executive Officer - Western Midstream Partners, LP

Oscar K. Brown has served as a Director and President and Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Western Midstream Partners, LP since October 2024. Additionally, he served as director of our general partner’s board of directors since August 2019 and Chairman of the ESG committee of the Board of Directors until his appointment to President and CEO.

From April 2022 until June 2024, Mr. Brown served as Chief Financial Officer of FREYR Battery, which provides industrial scale clean battery solutions to reduce global emissions. Prior to FREYR, Mr. Brown was an executive at Occidental Petroleum from 2016 to 2020. He has also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as managing director and co-head of Americas Energy Investment Banking, as well as Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse First Boston and PNC Bank. He has more than 25 years of energy and industrial banking experience in 25 countries. From 2017-2019, Mr. Brown served as Occidental Petroleum’s designated representative on the board of directors of Plains All-American Pipeline’s governing entity, PAA GP Holdings LLC (NYSE: PAA and PAGP).

He has served on the boards of Houston’s Alley Theatre, Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, The Children’s Fund, Inc. and Plains All American Pipeline LP and Plains GP Holdings LP, Junior Achievement of SE Texas and The Children’s Fund, Inc. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing.

Gage Dwan

Senior Energy Analyst, Crude - East Daley Analytics

Gage Dwan is an Energy Analyst at East Daley Analytics, where he focuses on midstream capital markets and crude analytics. He leverages data analysis, financial modeling, and industry research to deliver insights on the financial performance of energy companies and market trends across the energy sector.

Before assuming his current role, Mr. Dwan interned with East Daley’s Equity Research team and previously held a credit internship at CrossFirst Bank. His work reflects a deep interest in the intersection of energy, economics, and geopolitics.

Mr. Dwan earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, where he also studied abroad at the Prague University of Economics and Business.


Nigel Gorbold

Vice President of Commercial & Consulting – East Daley Analytics

Nigel Gorbold is the Vice President of Commercial & Consulting at East Daley Analytics in Denver, CO. East Daley specializes in North American commodity market fundamentals and energy infrastructure analysis. Since joining East Daley in 2021, Nigel has extensive experience in leveraging infrastructure data and analysis for M&A transactions, market studies, and commercial due diligence for both public and private investments. With over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Nigel has a diverse background that includes upstream and midstream developments across multiple U.S. basins and international operations in the North Sea, Middle East, and Deepwater West Africa.

Nigel holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado. Living in Colorado, Nigel enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors skiing and camping with his wife and kids.


Zach Krause

Senior Energy Analyst - East Daley Analytics

Zachary Krause is an Energy Analyst at East Daley Analytics, where he provides micro- and macro-level insights on trends and developments across the midstream oil and gas sector. He draws on a multidisciplinary background in policy, economics, and commodity analytics to support strategic decision-making within the energy industry.

Prior to joining East Daley, Mr. Krause served as a researcher with the Payne Institute for Public Policy at Colorado School of Mines, where he focused on mineral supply chains critical to the energy transition.

Mr. Krause earned his M.S. in Natural Resources and Energy Policy and a Certificate in Resource Commodity Analytics from Colorado School of Mines. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Brown University, where he competed as a two-time NCAA Division I Wrestling Team Captain.


Julian Renton
NGL Analyst - East Daley Analytics

Julian Renton is an NGL Analyst at East Daley Analytics, where he focuses on the natural gas liquids (NGL) market, including ethane, propane, butanes, and C5+ streams. He analyzes infrastructure, pricing, and export dynamics to develop strategic insights connecting production trends with global markets and capital flows. His commentary on international propane trade and energy policy has been featured in The Wall Street Journal.

Prior to joining East Daley, Mr. Renton held roles in software development and bioinformatics research, applying advanced data systems and predictive modeling to scientific problems. He brings a data-driven mindset to energy market intelligence, with a focus on turning complex information into actionable insights.

Mr. Renton earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Ohio University, where he participated in the Honors Program and Ohio Men of Excellence. He holds multiple credentials in business analysis and market fundamentals from Wharton and Rice University.


Daniel Eggers
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer - Constellation Energy Corporation

Daniel L. Eggers is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Constellation. In this role, he is responsible for leading the execution of all financial activities for the Constellation business. He serves on the Constellation Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company. Constellation is the nation’s largest supplier of clean energy with more than 32,400 megawatts of generating capacity from nuclear, wind, solar, natural gas and hydro assets. The company produces about 10 percent of America’s emissions-free energy, making it a leader in addressing the climate crisis and an indispensable partner to businesses and state and local governments with carbon-reduction goals.

Eggers also co-leads Constellation’s data center customer business development initiatives, working to ensure that the company’s clean energy centers are poised to power the AI boom. He was named to Institutional Investor’s “Best CFO” rankings for the utilities sector in 2023 and 2024.

Previously, Eggers served as senior vice president of Corporate Finance for Exelon Corporation, where he led Exelon’s management of investor relations, treasury, corporate planning, corporate financial operations, and insurance. He and his team served as a key interface between Exelon and the financial community, including investors and rating agencies, and were responsible for communicating the company’s financial, strategic, operation and regulatory goals and results. He also served on Exelon’s Executive Committee.

Eggers joined Exelon in 2016 as senior vice president of investor relations. In that role, he developed and managed strategy and message content for external financial communications including earnings materials and other investor presentations. He served as the primary interface with Exelon’s institutional investors and 21 sell-side analysts. In 2018, Eggers was named a top IR professional in the utilities sector by Institutional Investor.

Prior to joining Exelon, Eggers was a managing director at Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division, based in New York. Eggers served as a member of the Equity Research department where he covered regulated utility, integrated power and independent power producer stocks, including Exelon. He also served as co-head of U.S. Energy Research and had macro coverage responsibilities for the power sector as well as wind energy and carbon policy. Over his 18-year career at Credit Suisse, Eggers also held roles in equity research covering other energy related sectors.

Eggers serves on the board of director of Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, an organization committed to ensuring that the downtown experience is safe, hospitable and memorable. He also serves as an advisory board member with FM Global, a commercial property insurance firm. Additionally, Eggers is on the Constellation Foundation which was established to expand the company’s philanthropic mission and further its commitment to investing long term in the communities it serves.

Eggers received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Christian University and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2000. He also completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Reactor Technology Course in 2023.

Jeff Miers
Director, Global Energy – Amazon Web Services

Jeff Miers is the Global Director of Partnerships and Alliances for the Energy & Utilities Industry Business Unit (IBU) at Amazon Web Services (AWS), based in Houston. At AWS Jeff works with traditional oil and gas, renewable energy producers, and utility customers and partners on solutions to key business and operational challenges. Prior to joining AWS, Jeff was a Managing Director at Accenture where he spent 27 years leading consulting and systems implementation projects with clients through all aspects of the energy industry, including upstream, downstream, oilfield services, deregulated gas and power. Jeff serves as a member of the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, Spring Spirit and the Galveston Bay Foundation, and previously served on the board of the Houston Golf Association.

Jeff holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin with highest honors.


Moderator: Robert Keehan, Partner and Global Chief Auditor - PwC

Robert Keehan has 37 years of experience at PwC serving multiple Fortune 250 clients in the global energy, utility, and renewables sectors. He also assumed management responsibilities for both high-growth geographic and energy sector practices with revenues in excess of $1B. Robert has also been asked to lead initiatives at PwC related to technology, AI, ESG, risk management, and quality improvement that required building consensus across the Firm’s global network and with regulators.

Robert received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting, from Texas A&M University.


Michael Hauswirth

Principal, Mergers & Acquisitions National Tax Practice - PwC

Michael Hauswirth is a Principal in PwC’s national M&A tax practice, based in Washington, D.C., where he focuses on all aspects of partnership taxation. Carlin Conner

Carlin Conner has more than 28 years of experience in the midstream industry, including executive level experience gained through his leadership with SemGroup Corporation and Oiltanking. In 2000, Carlin joined a subsidiary of Oiltanking GmbH, a Germany based independent worldwide storage provider of crude oil, refined petroleum products and liquid chemicals. During his nearly 14 years with Oiltanking and its affiliates, he focused on international business development and operations and strategy, while serving in various leadership roles. From 2012 to 2014, Carlin served as global managing director of Oiltanking, and chairman of the board of directors of the general partner of Oiltanking Partners, L.P., a publicly traded master limited partnership engaged in independent terminaling, storage and transportation of crude oil, refined petroleum products and liquefied petroleum gas, from 2011 to 2014. From 2012 to 2014, he served as an executive board member of Marquardt & Bahls, AG, the parent company of Oiltanking, where he was instrumental in defining a new strategy for the energy supply, trading, and logistics business across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa.

From April 2014 to January 2020, Carlin was president, chief executive officer and a director of the board of directors of SemGroup Corporation, a publicly traded company engaged in gathering, transportation, storage, distribution, marketing and other midstream services, primarily in the US and Canada. He also served as chairman of the board of directors, president and chief executive officer of Rose Rock Midstream, a publicly traded MLP and subsidiary of SemGroup from 2014 to 2016. Carlin served as a senior advisor of Riverstone Holdings from April 2020 until his appointment as CEO of IMTT in March 2021.

Mickey McKee

Robert “Mickey” McKee serves as Kodiak’s President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. McKee formed Kodiak Gas Services in June 2011, and he has served as its President since 2011 and its Chief Executive Officer since 2019. Before co-founding our predecessor in 2010, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Engineering for CDM Resource Management, LLC (CDM), an oil and energy company that provides contract natural gas compression services from 2003 to 2010. Mr. McKee also managed the Engineering and Fleet Management group, worked with vendors and OEM manufacturers, and managed the sales and marketing efforts of some of the highest growth areas at CDM while building meaningful relationships with customers. He serves on the boards of Copperbeck Energy Partners, Goodnight Midstream, Renovo Resources, and Tall Oak Midstream.

Mr. Fry has over 20 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Tailwater, Mr. Fry was a Principal with Crimson Investment and was a Senior Associate at HM Capital, where he worked extensively on investments in the energy portfolio. Prior to HM Capital, Mr. Fry worked for Harrison Lovegrove & Co. (now Standard Chartered PLC) as an Associate Director focusing on energy merger and acquisition advisory. Mr. Fry also served as an Analyst within Citigroup’s energy investment bank. Mr. Fry graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance.


Max Harris
Managing Director - EIV Capital LLC

Max Harris joined EIV Capital in 2015 and currently serves as a managing director. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, executing and monitoring the firm’s investments.

Prior to EIV Capital, Max worked as a private equity associate at Riverstone Holdings, where he focused on capital investments in the upstream, midstream and power generation sectors. His responsibilities included evaluation of new investments, portfolio company monitoring, industry research, transaction structuring and execution. He also served as an investment banking analyst in the natural resources group of Barclays, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions for companies involved in the upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors.

Max earned his B.B.A. degree in finance and accounting with a minor in energy technology and management, graduating with honors from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.


Joshua Packwood

Andrew Schulte advises clients on corporate finance and securities law, with a focus on capital markets transactions, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. He represents both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings and other public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.

Mr. Schulte also counsels private equity investors, portfolio companies, and a range of public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. He has particular experience advising clients in the energy sector, including publicly traded master limited partnerships, exploration and production companies, midstream operators, and oilfield services firms.

Mr. Schulte earned his J.D. summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law, where he served as Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, and his B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University. He is admitted to practice in Texas.


Tony Chovanec

Executive Vice President, Fundamentals & Commodity Risk Assessment - Enterprise Products Partners L.P.

Tony Chovanec was elected Executive Vice President in March 2023. He heads the Company’s Fundamentals/Supply Appraisal Team which was formed in 2010 and is responsible for the evaluation of the key supply and demand trends around the Company’s five business lines: Natural Gas, Natural Gas Liquids, Crude Oil, Refined Products and Petrochemicals. These analyses are used in the company’s commercial activities and in evaluating capital investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Enterprise in 2007, Mr. Chovanec was with El Paso Corporation for seven years where he had gas marketing and business development responsibilities, including leading the natural gas marketing and trading activities. Mr. Chovanec spent the early part of his career with Valero Energy Corporation where he focused on finance, strategic planning and business development.


Randy Fowler

Mr. Fowler has served as Co-Chief Executive Officer since January 2020 and has been a director of Enterprise GP since September 2011. He serves as Co-Chairman of the Capital Projects Committee. Mr. Fowler previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise GP from August 2018 to February 2024, President of Enterprise GP from January 2016 to January 2020 and Chief Administrative Officer of Enterprise GP from April 2015 to January 2016. Spiro Dounis is a Director at Citi, covering the Midstream energy sector. He joined Citi in September 2022 after leading Midstream coverage at Credit Suisse. Mr. Dounis has over a decade of experience covering the energy sector in various capacities and has been ranked by Institutional Investor for his research.

Prior to his time at Credit Suisse, Mr. Dounis led coverage of the Refining and Shipping sectors at UBS and served as a member of the MLP team at J.P. Morgan, where he led upstream MLP coverage. Earlier in his career, he covered the U.S. Metals & Mining sector at UBS Investment Bank.

John Porter
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer - Williams

John Porter became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Williams in January 2022. Porter previously served as Williams Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller and Financial Planning and Analysis.

Porter began his career in public accounting and first joined Williams in 1998 as Supervisor of Revenue Accounting. In 2001 he relocated to Denver, serving in various finance and accounting roles for Forest Oil Corporation, an exploration and production company.

Porter returned to Williams in 2005, serving in roles of increasing responsibility across the finance and accounting organization, including Director of Investor Relations, Assistant Controller of Williams Partners, L.P., Director of Accounting—Master Limited Partnerships, and Manager of Financial Reporting. Prior to his current role, Porter served as Vice President, Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations, overseeing Williams’ forecasting and budgeting process while also developing and managing relationships with research analysts, institutional and individual investors and retail brokers.

Porter is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1993. He serves as a Board Member on the Energy Infrastructure Council and is active in the Tulsa community.


Stephen Trauber
Managing Director, Chairman and Global Head of Energy and Clean Tech – Moelis & Company

After retiring in 2022 from a 34-year career in investment banking, Stephen Trauber made the decision to return to the industry and reunite with his former colleague Ken Moelis at Moelis &Co. where he currently serves as Chairman & Global Head of Energy & Clean Tech. Prior to his retirement, from Citi, he served as Vice Chairman and Global Co-Head of Natural Resources and Clean Energy Transition and served on the senior executive and operating committee of the global investment and corporate bank.

Mr. Trauber has served as financial advisor on over $700 billion of Global Energy and Clean Energy Transition transactions, which include many of the most significant M&A and financing transactions throughout all the energy subsectors. These transactions represent many of the energy industry’s largest and most transformative transactions. Additionally, Mr. Trauber has worked with and served as lead financier for many of the industry’s IPOs as well as both equity and debt capital markets transactions in the past 34 years.

Since retiring Mr. Trauber has joined and currently serves on several corporate Boards of Directors including Nabors Energy Transition Corp II where he serves as Audit Chair, NXTClean Fuels, New Asean Energy, Global Technology Inc., Global Geophysical Services and Odyssey Trust Company. He also serves as an Advisory Director for Aon, Last Energy, Third Gear Investments, Element Resources and Energy Capital Ventures.

Mr. Trauber currently serves as Chairman of the Memorial Hermann Hospital Foundation, on the Board of Directors for Theater Under the Stars, Performing Arts Houston and its Foundation and is a former Chairman of both Theater Under the Stars and Performing Arts Houston. He is also an Overseer of the Jones Business School at Rice University. Mr. Trauber has served on the Board of Directors for Greater Houston Partnership, the Houston Children’s Museum, the Houston Zoo and the Mayor’s Economic Development Task Force for the City of Houston. Steve was awarded the first Annual Congressman Barbara Jordan Award for Community Service and he and his wife are the recipients of the 2003 “I Have a Dream” award for their support of local children’s charities and of children’s education. Mr. Trauber and his wife have chaired many fundraisers and capital campaigns for local charities raising nearly $60 million dollars.

Mr. Trauber received his BA in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University. He was an Austin Scholar and earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is married to Leticia and has four children and five grandchildren.

Tim Fenn, former Office Managing Partner in the Houston office and former Chair of the Houston Tax Department, advises clients on business taxation as it applies to partnerships and corporations. He represents energy and infrastructure clients, including upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas companies, master limited partnerships (MLPs), oilfield services companies and infrastructure funds, as well as corporations, private equity firms, investment banks, partnerships, and individuals on tax-related issues involving mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, capital market transactions, and carbon capture.

Mr. Fenn has served as tax counsel to over 75 issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings of equity securities of MLPs. Mr. Fenn is a frequent speaker at investment banking conferences and energy industry symposiums and serves on the advisory board for the Alerian MLP index.

In addition to representing clients in connection with transactional matters, Mr. Fenn has successfully represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and federal courts. Mr. Fenn spent several years as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs & Co. where he was part of the natural resources group.

Mr. Fenn received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center magna cum laude, Editor, Georgetown Law Journal, and his BBA from Baylor University summa cum laude.
