Eric D. Batchelder is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for EnLink Midstream.
Prior to joining EnLink, Batchelder spent five years as Managing Director, Energy Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. At RBC, he was responsible for maintaining key client relationships, strategic planning, and business development efforts for the bank’s midstream energy advisory business in the United States.
Previously, Batchelder enjoyed a 10-year tenure at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he advised companies in the energy sector on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital-raising activities. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Arthur Andersen LLP. He has over 15 years of strategic M&A and capital markets experience in the energy sector.
Batchelder is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College, a Master of Science in Professional Accounting from the University of Hartford, and a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
