Kristen Shults

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - WESTERN MIDSTREAM PARTNERS, LP

Kristen Shults has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Western Midstream Partners, LP since May 2022. She was previously Senior Vice President, Finance and Communications of Western Midstream Partners, LP since May 2021 and served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications when she joined the company in November 2019.

Prior to joining the company, Mrs. Shults served in roles of increasing responsibility at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, including Director of Tax Compliance and Reporting and Worldwide Tax Manager. Mrs. Shults began her career in the tax practice of Ernst & Young, LLP.

Mrs. Shults is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas in Austin.

She is active in the Greater Houston community, serving on the Board of Directors of The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce and volunteering her time with United Way Women Who Rock.
