CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, BUCKEYE PARTNERS, L.P.

Todd is the Chief Executive Officer of Buckeye Partners, L.P. Buckeye Partners, based in Houston, Texas, owns and operates a diversified liquid petroleum product logistics network with approximately 5,500 miles of domestic pipeline, more than 135 liquid petroleum products terminals and over 130 million barrels of tank capacity. Buckeye Partners is also diversifying its platform into alternative energy transition initiatives, including investments with respect to solar, biofuels, and hydrogen. Todd joined Buckeye Partners in 2008 and, prior to being appointed the CEO in May 2022, served in numerous roles in the organization, most recently as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Alternative Energy and Strategy from 2021 to 2022 and the company’s General Counsel from 2013 to 2021. Prior to joining Buckeye Partners, Todd was an attorney at Ballard Spahr where he focused his practice on securities and corporate governance. He is a graduate of Lehigh University, the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
